Cancellation Refund Policy

We have kept BizFlex free of charge so you can try it first. Once you’re satisfied with the features, benefits and service provided, you can purchase a premium membership among any of our listed plans on the Pricing page.

Once your subscription has started, you can enjoy the features without any limitations. We also have many other paid addon-features that you can use, including exclusive custom posters for individual business-people, custom frames and adding team members. All of the purchases are non-refundable. You cannot cancel the addon features once purchased.

If you choose to cancel your membership subscription, you can do that before the next billing date. However, the amount for the running membership that you paid will not be refunded in any circumstances.

Example:

If you purchase a yearly membership on 1st June 2022 and then cancel it before the next billing date 1st June 2023, you won’t be charged for the next cycle. But you will not get a refund for the 1st cycle of 2022.
